About - Adam Chahl & The PLACE Real Estate Team

The Place Real Estate Team has an extensive team of some of Vancouver's best real estate agents working on your behalf.

In addition, our administration and conveyance staff work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your purchase or sale goes without a hitch. Our web team is working around the clock and across the globe to ensure you have access to one of the best real estate search engines in Vancouver, and your property is being marketed online to reach the maximum possible audience.

We help two main groups of clients: Those looking to purchase real estate and those looking to sell.

Adam Chahl BSc (Hons)

Adam Chahl has been empowering people to purchase real estate for many years. Growing up in the UK amidst a family heavily focused on Real Estate Development, Adam has sought out, secured financing, and project managed successful and profitable build projects in the UK, Caribbean and here in Beautiful British Columbia.

Having a strong business background Adam graduated from Aston Business School in the UK with Honors, he has worked with several large ‘blue-chip’ corporations in Project Management and Business Development roles. During his first year with RE/MAX in Canada, he was awarded RE/MAX City’s ‘Rookie of the Year’ award, and also was welcomed into Vancouver's Medallion Club, which recognizes the top 10% of the Vancouver Real Estate Boards Agents.

Adam is also a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club that recognizes high achieving realtors. He actively donates to the Children's Miracle Network, the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation and is a ‘Big Brother’ with the Urban Native Youth Association. With the little time off that he has he likes to travel, ski and attempts to golf, albeit not very well!

Giving Back

At the PLACE Real Estate Team, we believe strongly in giving back to the communities in which we serve. In order to make a difference in people’s lives on a daily basis.

Our team regularly participates in charity events with organizations such as Starlight Children’s Foundation to raise funds to provide relief for seriously ill children facing treatment by providing smiles, fun, laughter and a welcome distraction at a time when children and their families need it most.

Some of our team are also ‘Big Brothers’ with the Urban Native Youth Association’s Big Brother program, which mentors youth to allow them to realize their strengths, and work towards their future goals.
We actively donate a portion of our income to the Children’s Miracle Network.
